By subscribing, you confirm that:
You are the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) using the platform.
You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
You will supervise your child’s use of the platform and ensure it aligns with your family’s standards.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, fail to make payment or misuse the service.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All payments made through Supercool Play are considered final as our services constitute digital content delivered immediately upon purchase.
We do believe in flexibility and full transparency though and should you feel that you would like to cancel your subscription, this can be done at any time, no questions asked. Cancellations can be done by means of a month’s calendar notice to us in writing at info@supercoolplay.co.za.
Please note: Cancelling a monthly subscription will prevent future charges, but no refunds will be issued for the current or past billing cycles.
If a user has selected and paid for an annual subscription upfront, and chooses to cancel, they are entitled to a 40% refund of the unused subscription months remaining on their account at the time of cancellation. This exception applies only to annual upfront payments and must be claimed via formal request.
If a user opted for our month-to-month payment option, and upon receipt of the cancellation request email, the service will be cancelled and if the cancellation did not fall within the prescribed month calendar notice, one last payment will be deducted, servicing as a notice month payment.
In accordance with South African consumer law and our rights as a digital content provider, we reserve the right to decline refund requests after the initial transaction.

Changes to Terms: We may revise these terms as needed; users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notice.
